Corrupt Password
delete hidden file RATINGS.POL

delete following reg key:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Ratings

Delete "Key" and then close the registry editor.
Start up IE, disable content advisor
